1. Closing time for entries is 5pm September 16, 2011 by e-mail or post. No entries will be taken on the day.
  2. Successful entry into the competition does not automatically allow access into the Festival Arena & Camping Areas. A Weekend Pass must be purchased.
  3. All successful competition entrants must go to the Information Office in the Ute Paddock where they will be directed to the Deni Freighters Sports Arena via Gate 3A.
  4. All successful competition entrants must be parked at Gate 3A by the appointed time.
  5. All Utes must be registered and road worthy to enter the competition.
  6. Drivers will be breath tested prior to competing. A zero alcohol result will be required for a driver to compete.
  7. Drivers assume full responsibility and accept full liability for their own health, well-being, safety, physical actions and the result of all their actions.
  8. Failure to comply with rules and parking instructions will result in automatic disqualification from the competition and forfeiture of entry fee.
  9. Deni Play on the Plains Festival Limited reserves the right to vary the competition times.
  10. The driver must complete and sign the disclaimer form provided by the organisers.
  11. Utes must be registered as a utility and must have a tub or a tray (removable canopy allowed)
  12. All competitors will wear long sleeve shirts, long trousers and covered shoes. No thongs, shorts or t shirts.
  13. During competition, headlights must be on. 14. The judge’s decision is final.
