Dent wins Nthn NSW heats

Circlework extraordonaire John Dent of North Richmond, NSW, has done it again, taking out the Northern NSW heats of The Australian National Circle Work ChampionshipsTM held at the Tamworth Speedway on January 22.

A serial finalist in the national competition, Dent spun and circled and figure-eighted his way into the 2011 finals to he beld at the 2011 Deni Ute Muster on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1.

It was a top field at the Tamworth heats, with 70 utes entered in the competition. Congratulations to all those entered and who made the journey there. By all accounts it was a great day out, with some excellent driving skills on show.

Winners were:

1st: John Dent, North Richmond, NSW

2nd: Kevin Bullock, Dubbo, NSW

3rd: Luke Johnson, Collingword Park, QLD
